Job Description

THE ROLE

An immigration lawyer to provide advice to the firm's private and corporate clients.

ABOUT YOU

With 5pqe+ you will have the ability to manage a caseload of private clients

Additionally you will manage and develop client relationships including day to day contact with key clients and preparing a variety of immigration applications for private individuals across all areas including business immigration, family immigration, human rights, the European Settlement Scheme and nationality applications.

You will also

Provide advice on complex UK immigration matters

Work with clients on Administrative reviews, appeals and judicial reviews against decisions of the UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI)
