THE ROLE
We have a new mandate to for a Senior Associate 6PQE+ to join a successful and growing City based Employment Law team
This is a rare opportunity to join a team, regarded as a global provider of employment law advice, regularly advising on cross-jurisdictional projects
You will be advising commercial clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters, this will include;-
Handling investigations and complex employment claims.
Mentoring junior team members
Advising on strategic projects, business transfers and outsourcing, employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation.
Collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE.
Senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits, industrial relations and trade union matters.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced employment lawyer with a transactional background, ready to make a career move to a successful and highly collaborative team.
You will be well-organised, proactive, with outstanding communication skills.
Candidates with employment experience advising financial services clients would be of particular interest
