A City firm with a highly regarded Residential Property practice.


THE ROLE


A Professional Support Lawyer is sought to join this market-leading team.

This is a part-time (3 days or equivalent flexi-hours per week), permanent position.

The Residential Property team has a very strong reputation in the market and carries out a mixture of high-value residential sales and purchases (particularly with prime London properties), lease extensions (voluntary and statutory), sales of high-value new build developments, as well as work for agricultural/landed estates.

Client include HNW private individuals, offshore companies and lending institutions, through to investors and landed estates.

The role will involve leading on and driving the team's know-how and knowledge management, providing team support for non-fee-earning legal matters, and contributing to BD efforts to grow the practice.

With 3pqe+ in Residential Property this is a fantastic opportunity either for a fee-earner looking to step into a PSL role, or someone with existing PSL experience looking to make a change.
