THE ROLE

A Commercial Lawyer to join a team working with a wide range of clients both private and public.

Clients are in various sectors such as technology, media, retail, pharmaceutical, insurance transport and logistics, manufacturing alongside work within the public sector for universities, NHS bodies, police forces and local authorities.

The team is national with coverage across several offices.

ABOUT YOU

With 3-5pqe you will ideally have commercial contracts experience working with primary care providers and in particular general practitioners

This role will involve

Preparation and review and negotiation of Partnership documentation for medical and dental practitioners
Providing general partnership advice
Working on partnership mergers
Advice and documentation of partnership retirements whether voluntary or compulsory
NHS Contract advice
Advising primary care networks

The firm operates a hybrid working policy with at least two days a week working in the office.
