Job Description

THE FIRM

A long established UK and international law firm.

THE ROLE

The tech corporate and venture capital team advises clients at all stages of a company's life-cycle, and you would be expected to be as comfortable advising on early-stage company formation and pre-seed financings as you would advising on later-stage venture and growth funding rounds and exits and specifically M&A.


With this role, you will act for a range of clients, from entrepreneurs, scientists spinning out innovative research ideas from universities, to seasoned founders and investors in the venture capital community and mature companies.

The role will also provide you the opportunity to drive forward a particular sector or area that is your passion within the expanding global practice and take advantage of the opportunity to be a part of the firms strategic growth across EU, APAC and US.

ABOUT YOU

This role will suit a corporate lawyer with strong venture capital experience in the tech sector.

Ideally at the 5-7PQE level.
