THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for an Associate Solicitor c 3 - 6 PQE with a trade & export finance background to join a well-established City based Finance team.
The role will involve advising banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities including; acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset based lending, securitisation and debt capital markets.
As a member of a high profile team you will gain exposure to a range of exciting and challenging finance work
There will also be an opportunity to play a significant role in business development
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have a solid academic record with experience handling trade and export finance work.
You will have a strong client focussed approach, commitment to the product area, sound communication and organisational skills
