THE ROLE
We have a new instruction to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor 2 - 5 PQE with specific inquest experience.
This is an exciting opportunity join an award-winning team of highly experienced specialists working on a range of health-care matters for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care sector.
The work will include
Inquests work including advocacy
Court of Protection, treatment and best interest cases including advocacy
Advising on public law issues, public and patient involvement and consultation, governance and constitutional issues, judicial review and human rights
Advising on matters of general health-care law including patient complaints, investigations, health sector legislation
Advising on care standards legislation and practice and information governance matters.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have previous experience within health-care law and health-care Inquests including advocacy
Ideally you will have experience in Court of Protection/inherent jurisdiction work
