A new role has arisen for a trust and estate disputes lawyer to join a fast growing team advising a mix of commercial, private not for profit and regulatory clients.
You will be handling a diverse and challenging workload acting for individuals and charities in their capacities of beneficiary, trustee or potential beneficiary on matters such as disputes, administration issues (trust and estate).
To be considered for this role you will be a private client litigation lawyer with 2-4PQE, a strong academic background and a proven track record gained from an established national or regional firm.
You should have solid experience of wills and trusts coupled with an understanding of financial provision claims pursuant to inheritance.
You should be a team player, self-motivated with commitment and commercial awareness, able to prioritise and handle a busy and varied caseload.
