A new role has arisen for a trade mark lawyer to join the firm's highly successful IP and Media Group which has an excellent track record.
You will be managing international trade mark portfolios, working directly with clients to manage their portfolios in a wide range of industry sectors.
You will also be advising clients on registrability of trademarks and recommending cost-effective registration strategies to handling negotiation of co-existence and assignment agreements with third parties.
To be considered for this role you will have 3-5PQE and a proven track record from a well-regarded UK or City law firm.
You'll have a strong academic background, a client focussed approach to work and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience of handling cases at the UKIPO and EUIPO is essential, as is working quite extensively with foreign associates.
