Within the Social Housing team to specialise in the corporate, constitutional, regulatory and governance aspects for housing associations working in the affordable housing sector.
The role offers excellent career opportunities and the chance to lead on or participate in projects including: forming housing associations, mergers, group structures and reorganisations, advice and training to boards of management, charity law advice, major projects with local authorities and other third parties and advice on compliance with the housing association regulatory regime.
A corporate lawyer 1-6 PQE, you will be interested in the corporate/constitutional/governance aspects of housing associations and a desire to work in the affordable housing sector with clients that often have clear charitable purposes.
The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for at least 50% of their time. Individuals can also apply for other flexible working options either at the time of recruitment or during the course of their employment.
