The firm has identified growth in Disputes as one of its core strategic priorities for the next 3-5 years and is now seeking to hire a senior Disputes lawyer (or even a small team) to take a lead role in developing this practice.
This will provide an exceptional opportunity for the candidate to further develop their skills and reputation at a firm committed to ambitious growth and where individual commercial innovation is actively encouraged.
Clients include a wide range of organisations - from major corporations and companies to SMEs, to financial institutions, investment funds and professional services firms, as well as high net worth individuals.
With at least 10pqe you will have significant experience in commercial disputes work.
Areas of expertise may include arbitration, fraud, contentious IP and contested probate, although candidates with other specialisms will be considered.
An ability to create and deliver new work is required along with experience of winning new clients and forming long-standing client and referrer relationships and a number of established connections and some work to bring to the firm.
