Job Description

A major international law firm.

A senior non-contentious construction lawyer is now sought to join the London team.

The practice advises on the procurement of domestic and international construction and engineering projects.

The practice has worked on projects acting for developers, funders, contractors and service providers in a range of sectors including mining, renewable and conventional energy, process plant, defence, transport and other social and economic infrastructure.

Real estate construction work (be that acting for developers or funders, purchasers and tenants) is also undertaken in the department.

Ideally your experience will have been gained at a leading City or US firm.

With strong academics (minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent) and excellent written communication and drafting skills you will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have 10pqe (or equivalent experience). Nuclear experience would be advantageous.

In return, the firm offers excellent training and development, a superb working environment together with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. Please note our advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the minimum level of experience required. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfill this kind of work.
