THE ROLE
A senior associate is now sought to join the commercial property team.
The work will include sales and purchases, business tenancies, development, property finance and asset management.
Clients include large corporates and international firms in sectors such as retail, hospitality, fashion, renewable energy, property investments/development.
ABOUT YOU.
With experience of sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, property development (complex) and property finance you will also be able to demonstrate experience of managing people, JCT contracts and joint ventures.
The firm will also hire at partner level for a candidate who has some following.
