Senior Associate - Banking/Finance

THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for a Senior Associate with a Banking/Finance background to join this well-established award winning law firm.

You will be working as a key member of the London Office, handling a domestic/international transactional workload, advising on all aspects of bonds, guarantees, indemnities and security arrangements.

The work will include handling and advising on bespoke, complex bond/guarantee wordings; facility/indemnity agreements; security arrangements and inter-creditor agreements.

Part of the role will involve advising clients on new market opportunities in the financial services sector

THE CANDIDATE

You will have c 6 +PQE with experience of working in the finance and banking sector, in house or in a law firm.

You will be looking to make a long-term career move to a highly regarded and ambitious team where your finance/banking background will provide an excellent grounding.
