THE FIRM

A well regarded Thames Valley firm

THE ROLE

The Conveyancing/ Residential Property team is looking to hire a solicitor or legal executive to be responsible for dealing with high value properties, high net worth individuals and their advisers.


The candidate will be required to attend to the office approximately 2/3 days each week with the view to be flexible in order to meet business needs.

ABOUT YOU

Experience/ Attributes required include:
In excess of 3 years' experience in residential and new homes work.

To include residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity.
* A strong team player who can also work independently with minimum supervision.
* Must be able to work to tight deadlines and be used to working under pressure.
* Experience of handling significant volumes of transactions is essential.


Work type:
* Fee earning on residential transactions
* Building new business relationships and promote both the team's services and the firm's broader legal services to developers, agents and others.
* Taking on circa 20 new matters a month
* Being proactive with client and agent regular case updates
* Maximisation of the firm's potential to cross-sell legal services by identifying appropriate opportunities
