An established property business

THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for an experienced residential property specialist to handle a caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.

The role will involve:-

  • Title checking and dealing with enquiries/property reports on a purchase
  • Property sales
  • Mentoring/supporting of more junior members of the team where required
  • Liaising with clients

THE CANDIDATE

You will have previous Residential Conveyancing experience - minimum of 5 years

with experience of dealing with leasehold/new build transaction

You will have excellent organisational skills
