THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a Regulatory Solicitor to work as a key member of a leading national commercial team with a programme of expansion
The work will be broad ranging advising clients on regulatory issues under food, consumer protection, digital, e-commerce, anti-discrimination and advertising law
This role is ideal for someone who wishes to specialise in digital, product regulation, labelling and advertising
The work is mainly advisory but includes some regulatory investigations
The firm acts for many household names and much work is multi-jurisdictional
THE CANIDATE
You will have 4+ years post qualification experience gained in a large regional, national, or international firm
You will have excellent technical skills in regulatory law with a strong interest in the food and beverage, education and/or technology sectors
You will be a commercially-minded lawyer with an appetite for growing your own practice ready to make a career move to a growing law firm
Candidates with leadership skills would be of particular interest
