Within the highly ranked professional discipline team which acts for many regulatory bodies, primarily in the health sector but, increasingly, more widely.
The work requires, inter alia, managing an investigatory caseload where it is alleged that the registrant's fitness to practise is impaired through misconduct, competence or health issues and preparing those cases for hearings before panels and committees of the relevant regulators.
With relevant experience in this area of the law, you will be able to case plan, prepare advice on procedural or evidential issues and be the key point of contact for all witnesses.
You will also be expected to interview key witnesses in complex cases and prepare instructions to counsel (both internal advocates and the external bar);
