THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to join an expanding and top ranked healthcare regulatory team, undertaking investigations and other key tasks for a large healthcare regulator.

You will be working under the supervision of a partner or principal associate, whilst supervising paralegals within the team.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated to develop their own and the team's practices.

The role will include:
* Case management and progression under partner or principle associate level supervision
* Supervision and management of paralegals within the team
* Reviewing evidence
* Interviewing witnesses and drafting statements
* Drafting instructions to counsel and experts
* Corresponding with witnesses, experts, counsel and other stakeholders
* Supporting stakeholders including vulnerable witnesses
* Drafting court documents
* Drafting legal advice on evidence and case status;

ABOUT YOU

Ideally previous experience along with a genuine and demonstrable interest in this work.

This is a varied role for a lawyer 2-6pqe who has a flexible approach paired with previous experience of working in the healthcare, regulatory or insurance fields
