THE ROLE
A Partner is sought to join the Tier 1 Real Estate Litigation Team headed up by a leading Lawyer in the field of Real Estate litigation.
The team has extensive experience of all forms of alternative dispute resolution as well as formal court proceedings.
Areas of expertise include:
Dispute resolution
Real property related litigation
Landlord and tenant management and disputes
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
Demonstrable experience of handling complex property litigation matters to trial both as supervising partner and case handler.
Experience of a full range property disputes with a particular focus on real property (easements, restrictive covenants); contractual disputes; insolvency related property disputes
The ability to delegate work to junior fee earners (particularly 1954 Act cases), to ensure they are fully resourced and working to capacity
Excellent Business Development and Marketing skills
A successful record at a well regarded firm, a strong following, and the ability to maintain and grow your client base
