THE ROLE
The real estate team is seeking a 1-4pqe commercial property lawyer.
The firm's working environment is very "hands on" and a sound commercial sense and ability to handle clients is essential.
This team specialises in advising commercial property investors and developers on the acquisition, management and disposal of high value property assets across England & Wales.
Client include a mixture of overseas investors and UK-based property funds, together with well known high street retail, restaurant and hotel brands.
The development practice includes market sectors across the industry, including student housing, office, hotel and leisure, retail, residential (including build to rent) and warehouse and industrial.
Key responsibilities to include:
Dealing with day to day landlord and tenant work for clients with large commercial property
portfolios (new leases, licences and general advice).
Acting for those clients on sales, purchases and the real estate aspects of refinancing
(certificates of title).
Handling similar transactions for smaller property companies and high net worth investors and developers.
