A well regarded central London based firm.

THE ROLE

An Associate/Senior Associate, Real Estate Disputes lawyer ideally 3-8pqe to join the top ranked Real Estate Disputes team on a permanent and fulltime basis.

ABOUT YOU


With experience gained at another top tier real estate or City firm, you will be handling a varied workload, with the focus on residential property disputes.

While the firm will consider candidates who have experience in both commercial and residential property disputes, the bulk of the work will be residential focussed.

Candidates with Building Safety Act experience would be desirable but not essential.

The firm's agile working policy is attending the offices 2-3 days a week as a minimum with attendance initially for the first 4 weeks to go through various inductions/training, build relationships with colleagues, clients etc. and then revert to at least 2-3 days in the office. Chargeable hours are a minimum of 1300.
