The role will be managing a range of contentious property matters, relating to vacant possession, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charges, rent reviews, nuisance, trespass and rights to light.
The role is available on a full or part-time basis.
- 5PQE+ Property Litigation solicitor
- The successful candidate will be proficient with collective enfranchisement, individual and bulk lease extensions and right to manage claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
- Excellent communication skills
