The role will involve a range of mainly property litigation cases for clients in the health and housing sectors, with the potential to advise on some more general commercial disputes.
Property litigation and public sector experience is desirable but not vital.
Our client is also looking for candidates who are able to deliver clear and authoritative advice and strong recommendations to clients, often under significant time pressure.
The role will offer the opportunity to develop leadership skills within our client's highly motivated and ambitious team, and will require candidates to demonstrate they have the ability to proactively develop client relationships and drive forward the development of our client's practice.

You will be an NQ or have up to 4pqe in property litigation from a top regional or city firm.
