A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious agricultural property lawyer, to join a highly rated team, acting for a variety of clients on behalf of private landowners, businesses, organisations and charities.
You will be responsible for advising clients with agricultural property on instructions ranging from supporting landowner clients buying and selling property to tenancy issues and planning.
To be considered you will be NQ+ who is interested in agricultural real estate law, and who has had exposure to quality real estate work during your training contract, coupled with an excellent academic record gained with national or top regional law firm.
Sound drafting skills and the ability to build long lasting relationships with rural clients are essential to this role.
