Highly regarded law firm providing legal advice to address their clients' needs across a wide range of industry sectors and specialisms including particularly strong specialist teams in real estate.


As a team of leading property advisers, the firm provides expertise offered by their New Homes team, a division of the wider property department, who focus on development set up and plot sales, creating a key differential to the firm's competition whilst adding true value to their clients.

New Homes is a specialist development set up and plot sales team, established as a key part of the firm's end to end development service. The firm has a long and established history of working with successful local and regional housebuilders.

Case Managers are the regular point of contact for the firm's developer clients and are responsible for the building and maintenance of positive working relationships.

The role requires a good understanding of the conveyancing process, an ability to work proactively towards tight deadlines and attention to detail in drafting appropriate documentation.

Case Managers are responsible for conducting the plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion and ensuring that the department adhere to good working practices.

You will work closely with both the senior management team and the firm's assistants with the aim of providing a smooth transition of work between development set up, plot sales and end handover.

You will have and show: -

  • excellent client relationship skills;
  • excellent efficiency and transaction management skills;
  • ability to develop and work in a fast paced, intellectually challenging environment;
  • resilience under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines;
  • high level of professionalism and integrity;
  • experience of working on new homes transactions would be an advantage.


You will have experience of working in a conveyancing role and have a good understanding of the conveyancing process.

You will be able to use your initiative, and be a forward-planner, anticipating your clients' needs in advance wherever possible.

The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
