THE FIRM:

Our client is a leading law firm based in the South West of England, with an excellent reputation and highly ranked by the leading legal directories.


THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a planning lawyer to join a team working on a range of projects for both public and private sector from regeneration and mixed development to renewable energy.

You will be working on a variety of complex planning matters, including planning advocacy and High Court challenges, with links between environmental law and planning.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will be NQ+, have a strong academic background and evidence of good quality training and relevant planning experience gained within a leading regional or national firm.

You should be a strong team player and can be either Scottish or English law qualified - the firm will support and fund for you to become dual qualified and you will have a spread of work in both jurisdictions.
