OUR CLIENT

An international commercial law firm

THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with travel law experience to join a City based Travel Team at Legal Director/Partner level. You will have primary responsibility for advising a high-profile client base including travel/holiday/leisure companies on commercial matters relating to travel law, regulatory/ compliance, and media law.

The main workload will have a commercial focus covering booking terms and conditions, compliance, consumer protection and regulatory issues. There will also be an opportunity to handle some contentious travel work.

As a senor fee earner, you will be expected to develop a solid network of contacts and participate in business development for the team.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a qualified Solicitor 7+ PQE with travel law and ideally travel claims experience gained from working in house or a law firm

Candidates with experience of handling hotel/transport/travel contracts would be of particular interest and well suited to the role.
