THE ROLE
To join the team's busy construction team which provides a full range of construction advice to clients and to assist in growing the Construction business.
You will be handling:
Domestic construction work for a wide range of clients (on and offshore) including high net worth individuals, joint ventures, corporate and commercial organisations, institutional investors and developers, industry bodies and private healthcare providers
A wide range of contracts drafting and advisory including bespoke and based on recognised industry forms such as JCT, RIBA and NEC, bonds, guarantees and other construction security documents, development agreements and agreements for lease
Construction finance both acquisition and development acting for lenders and borrowers
A wide range of projects e.g. Healthcare, Senior Living, high end residential developments, offices, industrial and logistics, mixed use schemes and infrastructure
ABOUT YOU
With strong academics and excellent technical skills in non-contentious construction at the 2-5pqe level you will be commercially aware and able to handle a diverse range of work
You will also be keen to become involved with marketing activities and understand the importance of nurturing professional contacts and developing referrals and repeat referrals from clients and contacts.
