This role would suit a qualified UK solicitor with 5pqe+ to include in-depth and recent experience of mortgage repossession proceedings. You experience must include pre action protocol, procedure and hearing, defences, the court's discretionary powers (Administration of justice Act 1970), the position between the lender and any tenant of the borrower, costs, interest and execution.
This writing role requires an ability to explain the law in clear and concise language.
