Job Description

Are you passionate about the use of legal technology in knowledge management? Our client, a major international law firm, is looking for a Knowledge Management lawyer (PSL) for its Central KM team. This role would suit a candidate with a mainstream transactional background and experience of and interest in document automation.


The KM team works on central projects, processes and systems designed to enhance practice efficiency, optimise the collection, storage and dissemination of knowledge and information within and outside the firm and to promote a knowledge sharing culture. The KM team works closely with PSLs throughout the firm and the role will include legal document automation, process improvement and other cross-departmental projects. The role provides an opportunity for an individual with relevant experience or a proven interest in knowledge management and legal technology (particularly document automation) to develop skills in this area within a well-regarded, experienced team.


The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with transactional experience gained at a major law firm. You will need to have good IT skills, a strong interest in legal technology and knowledge management and an understanding and experience of document automation. Any experience of coding is highly desirable although not expected.
