A new role has arisen for a highly motivated legal secretary to work in a collegial team providing secretarial and PA support in the property litigation team in their central London office.
The work is interesting and varied and often involves working on high profile work, as well as assisting the fee earners with compliance with all relevant risk management requirements, including anti-money laundering checks.
You will also be assisting the fee earners with the completion of monthly matter management returns to Accounts (as appropriate) and taking a proactive role in credit control for the fee earners' outstanding bills
To be considered for this role you will have a strong academic background and will have worked within a leading national or London law firm as a legal secretary.
Experience of using digital dictation is essential as is good knowledge of using MS Office tools, (Microsoft Excel and Word), coupled with a typing speed of 60 wpm.
You will have strong organisational and time management skills along with the ability to proofread all outgoing correspondence.
You'll have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure and exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
