Do you have experience of designing and developing training in a law firm or other professional services environment? An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading international law firm as a Learning and Development Manager on a maternity cover contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm's extensive Business Services and trainee skills programmes, as well as being involved in associate and client training programmes and broader Learning and Development initiatives. The role will include design and delivery of training and you will need to be able to build strong relationships with various levels of people from across the firm and within the team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Prior experience of designing and developing training is required, and strong organisational and communication skills are essential for this role.
