Our client is a vibrant, dynamic law firm based in central London.

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Law Firm Practice Manager to join a very successful and friendly team.

Key Tasks

Financial

  • Budget management /management accounts
  • Invoicing
  • Credit control

Management

  • Act as line manager for office administrator
  • As part of the management team work to create a positive workplace with high levels of morale.
  • Conduct training on all systems.
  • Assist with all HR matters and being the first point of contact for any issues.

Compliance

  • SRA Regulations
  • Complete Lexcel renewals
  • PI Insurance /Practising Certificates renewals.
  • Data Protection

Management Team

  • Conduct monthly financial management meetings with Fee Earners

THE CANDIDATE

You will have experience of working in the accounts department of a UK law firm.

You will need knowledge of the Solicitors' Accounts Rules.

Prior experience of LEAP is preferred but not essential.

You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft especially with using Excel.

You will need to be able to work autonomously.

Hybrid working environment with only 2 days a week currently expected in the office.
