THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for a NQ - 1 PQE Tax Lawyer to join a top-ranked tax team

The work will include advising on; strategic tax planning, structuring and tax implementation issues associated with complex, cross-border transactions.

The work will be at a very high level, handling significant tax issues, including transfer pricing and competent authority matters, managing and resolving disputes arising from global and regional business transactions.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will have relevant Tax experience gained from working in a top tier City law firm or similar

You will have exceptional academic record with first class technical and drafting drafting skills,

You will be at a stage in your career you are ready to take on a high degree of responsibility as a member of a high profile international team handling a challenging and exciting workload
