THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for a Mid/Senior Level Associate Solicitor - Construction Arbitration
The work will involve handling high value, international arbitration cases, covering international infrastructure and major project disputes in the construction sector
The post holder will be expected play a key role in drafting written submissions, including managing more junior members of the team in the process
The role will include:-
Managing research and document review processes
Assisting in the preparation of witness and expert evidence
Liaising directly with clients, witnesses and experts, tribunals, courts, and opposing counsel
Business development activities, law-review publications, client briefings, and conference presentations.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exceptional role.
Applicants will have gained 3-6 PQE working for a top tier law firm, representing clients in high value, complex international investment, and/or commercial arbitration, ideally with experience of working on disputed technical, delay, and quantum-related issues.
Experience of handling disputes in the oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and engineering sectors would be of interest
You will have a first-rate academic record, excellent technical and client care skills
