Experience in investor-state arbitration matters is not a requirement but would be viewed positively.
While this is a full time role, flexible working arrangements are available.
Qualified in England & Wales, with 5-6pqe and top academics, you will be able to work independently, have strong commercial arbitration experience and be a confident participant in business development initiatives.
You will be from a top-ranked international arbitration team and have strong core skills in arbitration practice and thorough familiarity with the process of managing an arbitration case up to a final hearing, with or without the involvement of counsel.
Additional language skills or legal qualifications are likely to be seen as an advantage.
Experience in the department's current core areas of focus including Africa/Middle East disputes, energy/O&G work, is welcomed.
