Insolvency Litigation Solicitor 1 - 5 PQE

THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor 1 - 5 PQE with an insolvency litigation background to join the dispute resolution team of well-established and highly regarded law firm

The role will involve assisting with disputes from initial instruction through to resolution, advising on all aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy, acting for insolvency office holders in both bankruptcy and corporate insolvency matters.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a qualified Solicitor with a background in insolvency litigation, with experience of Court litigation procedures, particularly the Insolvency and Companies/County Courts

You will be looking to develop a specialist insolvency litigation practice
