A Leading Northern Home Counties law firm

THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for an Insolvency Associate c 2 + PQE to join a well established Dispute Resolution team

This is a role for a dynamic lawyer with solid insolvency experience to help grow the team as it moves forward to the next level.

The post-holder will be expected to handle a corporate insolvency worklad including; administration appointments, court applications under insolvency legislation, providing advice to IPs, secured lenders and directors.

There will also be an opportunity to mentor junior members of the team and play a significant role in team networking and marketing activities

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a minimum of 2 PQE handling insolvency litigation work
