Job Description

This international firm appreciates that innovative service delivery is critical to all areas of practice development. It has a new role to manage, develop and deliver innovative knowledge and practice development initiatives.

THE ROLE

This is a critical hands-on role to suit a candidate with previous strategic and operational professional services delivery experience. To provide operational support and direction for practice development, knowledge management projects and identifying and implenting innovation projects across the firm.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate has a law or business degree, a strong academic background and relevant experience gained with a professional services or leading law firm. You should be able to demonstrate experience of strategic analysis in order to identify and implement innovative legal tech solutions and processes to increase efficiency. Excellent interpersonal skills are highly valued including a 'can do' approach and the confidence to deal with colleagues at all levels within the firm internationally.
