Mergers & Acquisitions
Part VII transactions
Corporate Governance, Regulatory and Risk Management
Provision of advice to management with a view in developing open and transparent relationships with key stakeholders consistent with the organisation's values
To be considered for this exciting role, applicants must able to demonstrate well developed technical and commercial skills.
Candidates will ideally have a solid track record, exceptionally strong communication skills and insurance industry experience.
