THE ROLE
A solicitor with contentious housing management and property litigation experience is sought to join a busy in house legal team on a 6 month contract basis.
With experience gained in-house or in private practice, you will be expected to lead the in-house provision of legal services, reporting to the Director of Legal & Assurance and member of the Executive team, and to influence and deliver positive outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
A strong track record in contentious housing and property matters including housing management, residential landlord and tenant and or service charges is essential.
Ideally available to start at short notice, you should have excellent communication skills, and generate confidence and respect with a wide variety of audiences.
A driving licence and vehicle is also required for business use (business mileage will be paid at the prevailing rate in line with company policy).
While this is not currently a permanent role, the business is continually transforming and there is a possibility that this could either be extended, or other opportunities may arise.
In return a market rate salary, remote/hybrid working arrangements and a very generous package are on offer.
