An employment advisory lawyer is now sought to join an established in house team.
The post holder will be expected to provide employment law advice on a range of matters:-
Day to day work will include :-
Reviewing and assisting with the drafting of employment documentation
Management of own workload ensuring that a high standard in relation to both productivity and efficiency is maintained
Advising on and managing client's telephone enquiries relating to all aspects of employment law; dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, employment contracts and discrimination issues
Responding to employment law queries by e mail / telephone
Liaison with team members
To be considered candidates must be able to demonstrate :-
A solid employment law background, excellent communication and customer care skills.
