THE ROLE

We have a new opportunity for a NQ-1 PQE Solicitor to join a growing business

The work will be varied and will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Handling data protection an regulatory work

Corporate work will include assisting with listed company responsibilities, corporate governance matters and M&A projects,

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a solid academic background with corporate/commercial experience gained from a leading law firm or in house

You have the motivation and personality to take responsibility for an exciting and varied workload, a proactive approach

with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
