A Legal and Commercial Adviser is now sought to provide legal support and advice on a wide range of legal matters across the business.
This will include handling and negotiating contracts, reviewing office lease/license agreements, the review of supplier agreements, managing disputes, and liaising with external lawyers
You will also work on employee matters, including restrictive covenants and contracts of employment, updating terms of business, along with data protection issues.
A commercial / contracts lawyer with at least 1pqe, you will ideally have some knowledge of, or experience in the recruitment industry as well as an understanding of the legislation affecting it such as GDPR, IR35, AWR, Conduct Regulations.
The company envisages a 50/50 split between home and the office eventually but will be flexible with regard to remote working.
This is an excellent first in house role for a commercial lawyer and offers the chance to work in a busy yet collegial environment.
