The Legal Team is now looking to recruit two further commercial lawyers.
The roles will be broadly non-contentious (but with a very small element of litigation occasionally).
The ideal candidates will have a thorough background in commercial/contract law, as the bulk of the daily work is the reviewing of agreements.
However the work will involve much more than this as they also advise on a breadth of areas including: data protection (in particular the new GDPR regime), corporate governance, IT, IP, confidentiality and charity.
With either 1-2pqe or 4pqe, while you will not be expected to have in-depth knowledge of all of these areas, a general, strong understanding of commercial law and experience of a wide range of contracts is a must.
Some previous in-house experience would also be ideal.
