A highly regarded law firm with offices located nationally specialising in providing exceptional client service in health, housing and social care.


This is a great opportunity to join our client's national Housing Development Department which carries out a full range of development and construction work including commercial property work and it is known for its housing clients from across the voluntary, public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality large scale development projects and complex work for both public sector and private sector clients. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload as well as working closely with the Partners and Solicitors in the Housing team on business development opportunities.

As a growing team there are real opportunities for career development for the successful candidate.


You will be a Qualified solicitor with at least 2pqe within a residential conveyancing, development, or generalist housing profession in legal or professional services and are looking to expand your experience.

You will be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that you have:
