An experienced lawyer with over 8 years of expertise in residential property acquisition and management is sought to join as Head of Residential Conveyancing.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, preparing and managing budgets, and handling complex residential property matters.

In this role, you will collaborate with Partners across the firm to develop the firm's existing team and drive business growth.

Your active involvement in marketing and business development will be crucial in expanding their services.

This firm is renowned for its high-value Residential Property work, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and new build purchases.
