Leading Global Law Firm

THE ROLE

We have a role for a talented Conflicts Lawyer to join an established General Counsel and Risk team

This role will primarily involve the provision of advice on a global basis on applicable conflicts laws, regulatory issues and other ethical rules. The work will include responsibility for evaluating and advising on legal and regulatory risks presented by the firm's new and existing business

Responsibility for mentoring and supervising junior team mentors

Contributing to the promotion of a risk management culture throughout the firm, facilitating in house training sessions

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a qualified Lawyer with 8+ years qualified experience in an international law firm or in-house in a regulatory/general counsel as a lawyer

Applicants must have a significant level of technical expertise with strong influencing, written and oral communication skills

The role requires excellent project management skills with ability to lead on significant change management projects
