With 1-3pqe, you will either have an existing knowledge and empathy with the work of the firm's housing association clients, or be able to demonstrate the skills which will enable the firm to understand how you will do so.
You will also be able to work well with the relevant regulators, stakeholders and consultancies operating in the sector.
The role's main duties will include mergers and restructures, constitutional changes, advising on intra group documentation, service level agreements, cost sharing agreements, intragroup loans and registering new providers with the Regulator of Social Housing.
The firm offers an excellent benefits package and plus bonus which can be up to an additional 25% of salary.
